Meet The Founder
Danielle is a licensed mental health counselor and certified perinatal mental health clinician specializing in individual therapy for women ranging from adolescence to adulthood. Danielle has extensive experience working in various treatment settings, including inpatient hospitalization programs, community mental health agencies, psychiatric emergency services/mobile crisis intervention programs, and private/group practice. Danielle's successful work with a diverse array of clients reflects her strong ability to understand and empathize with a wide range of presenting concerns.
Over the years, Danielle has also developed a passion for treating women's reproductive mental health concerns. This passion was ignited as she began her own journey into motherhood. As a mother of two small children, Danielle has the shared life experience to truly understand what her clients are going through as they encounter reproductive difficulties or challenges during pregnancy or the postpartum period. Danielle received specialized perinatal mental health training through Seleni Institute and Postpartum Support International (PSI).
While Danielle's approach to therapy is flexible, she draws from a broad range of different treatment modalities and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. Danielle believes in a collaborative approach to therapy in which she and the client work together toward long-lasting and effective change. Danielle takes pride in her ability to make a positive and meaningful impact in a client's life by utilizing an empathetic approach that fosters trust.
I'm a firm believer that when women work to lift each other up, amazing things can happen; thus, this was my motivation for founding my practice, Women's Counseling Center of Massachusetts. My goal is to help you achieve and maintain emotional wellness. When you're ready to make a positive change, I'll be here to support you.
