Out of Network Benefits

As an out of network provider, I will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

24-hour Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This can be done via telephone and leaving a voicemail or by email. We will always acknowledge and confirm receipt of your message/email.

Any cancellations that occur less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment time will incur a late cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.

An appointment will be considered a “no show” if we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of the start of your appointment time. In such instances where you are considered a “no show,” you will incur a late cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.

The fee incurred for any late cancellations or no-show appointments is the full session rate.

Note that exceptions for sudden illness or personal emergencies will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. In the event that a cancellation or no-show is related to weather, natural disaster, or other unprecedented events, all fees will be waived.

To help you avoid any such fees, we will always send you an appointment confirmation 48 hours in advance to provide a friendly reminder of your scheduled session.
