Katherine Lloyd Shofield, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Life can be challenging—especially when you’re facing anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship concerns, or questions about purpose and identity. These experiences can feel overwhelming and exhausting, leaving you uncertain about where to turn next. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore these challenges, gain insight, and begin the journey toward healing and growth—with someone by your side every step of the way.
I bring empathy, hope, humor, and a warm, down-to-earth presence to my work. My goal is to create a trusting, collaborative relationship where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I use an eclectic approach tailored to your unique needs, often drawing from strengths-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and narrative techniques. Together, we’ll build on your existing strengths and resiliency while developing new tools for self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
I’m especially passionate about working with women and have witnessed firsthand the deep strength, courage, and potential they bring to therapy. My goal is to help you reconnect with that strength, embrace your story, and move forward with confidence and clarity. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
