If you’re reading this and are jazzed about this opportunity, we want to hear from you!

About Women’s Counseling Center of Massachusetts: Women’s Counseling Center of Massachusetts was established with a clear vision – to create a counseling practice that is the number one choice for women seeking specialized mental health treatment in Massachusetts. Our mission is to provide professional and highly effective treatment services to women with a wide range of mental health concerns while also removing the stigma often associated with seeking out therapy. Women’s Counseling Center of Massachusetts strives to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment. We aim to cultivate resilience in women and teens as they face various life challenges to uncover their best selves to gain the most fulfillment and joy out of life.

Our Values: Women’s Counseling Center of Massachusetts lives by values that guide who we are as a team and how we present to our communities. Therefore, we hire staff who bring these values to life.

Creating strong relationships: Building strong and meaningful relationships is a basic need for all of us. We value building relationships within our community and helping our clients do the same. It’s also a hallmark of our business to promote solid and lasting bonds within our team and to work collaboratively both in the office and out in the community.

Invest in quality: We’re committed to providing the best atmosphere for our clients and our team. Our commitment is seen in our beautiful workspace for our employees and comforting space for our clients, and in offering a supportive and collaborative environment for our team. We promote continued education for our clinicians through quarterly training in evidence-based practices. We also provide individual supervision/consultation, and group consultation.

Promoting inclusion: We promote hiring clinicians of varying backgrounds, beliefs, and specialties to better serve our clients’ diverse and unique experiences. It’s also essential that our office promotes a foundation of diversity, equity, and inclusivity in its culture and practice.

Promoting positive work culture: We are a clinician-owned group practice that genuinely cares about our team members and continually invests in their professional growth and development. We are intentional about creating a supportive work environment and encouraging employee feedback in all aspects of our practice to adapt to the needs of our team. All too often, employees in any setting can feel that they don’t matter. They are simply a cog in the wheel, and the company at large does not have their best interests in mind. We understand why that happens, and because of that, we consciously and deliberately choose to be different, which isn’t always easy, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
