Katherine holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Rochester Warner School of Education. She has dedicated her work to supporting and empowering women across diverse settings. Katherine’s therapeutic approach primarily draws from narrative and feminist therapies, along with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing her to create a supportive, client-centered space for healing and growth.

Alicia holds a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption College. In addition, Alicia has undergone intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
